Delivery Information
Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery within New Zealand. Please allow for 1-3 weeks for Australia shipping. This is due to ongoing reduced airfreight frequency and offshore processing congestion causing delays. All items are fully tracked and traced. When ordering please ensure you supply a physical address where your item can be signed for, 9am – 5pm weekdays. Delivery cannot be made to a PO Box.
All orders placed after 12pm are shipped the following day. Orders are shipped Monday – Friday. No orders are shipped or will be received Saturday or Sunday.
Once an order is collected from us, we take no responsibility for any delays which may arise from circumstances outside of our control once in the courier’s hands.
Click & Collect
Once you have completed an click and collect order we will be in touch to let you know which store the item is available in. In the case where the shoe is not in your preferred store for collection we will transfer the stock and contact you once it is available for collection.
Availability
Our stock levels are constanly changing due to store sales. In the unlikely event that the item you want is sold in-store just before your purchase, we will endevour to locate a replacement but this is not always possible. Should this happen we will contact you immediately and offer a credit or a full refund.
